Tenders are invited for trailer parts according to specification for :the object of the contract is the execution of the works to achieve the investment objective: express road for the connection between the a3 highway (turda area) and the dn1 national road (tureni area) within the estimated value, implementation reserves were included in accordance with geo 101/2020 in the amount of 16,736,464 lei without vat. at the same time, distinct from the implementation reserves established according to geo 101/2020, provisional amounts were also included in the estimated value, which can be found in the general articles of the list of quantities as follows: gi 07 - allocation funds for the development of drawings conforming to the execution upon completion of the works in the amount of 400,000 lei without vat. the contracting authority reserves the right to modify the contract according to art. 221 of law 98/2016, provided that these modifications do not fall within the provisions of art. 221 paragraph 7 of law 98/2016, that is, they do not represent a substantial modification. revision clauses according to art. 221 para. (1) lit. a) from law no. 98/2016, which anticipates the possible changes that may occur in the performance of the contract are the following: [...] additional information regarding the right to modify the contract and revision clauses in accordance with the legal provisions can be found in the general and specific conditions of the contract in accordance with gd 1/2018 and in the instructions for bidders attached to the award documentation. in accordance with art. 160 para. (1) from law no. 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the deadline until which any economic operator interested in participating in the public procurement procedure has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation is 20 days before the submission deadline of offers. in accordance with art. 160 para. (2) of law 98/2016 with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority establishes a single deadline in which it will respond to all requests for clarification/additional information, as follows: 10 days before the deadline for submission of offers. the deadline for answering the clarifications was established so that the economic operators have an adequate period to analyze the award documentation and, subsequently, to prepare the offers through the prism of the answers provided by the contracting authority. *any clarification request sent after the date mentioned in point a) will be considered late.
