Within the german research center for aeronautics and space travel e. v. internal personnel and organizational development (poe) determines the general and strategic further training needs of the dlr workforce via various needs assessments. the poe identifies relevant training topics and decides which topics and content will be offered to the workforce in which formats via dlrs internal training program. the administrative processing of the training program is carried out via an automated learning management system. the subject of the service is the award of training services in the general course area within the framework of an open-house model with the aim of forming a pool. the prerequisites for suitability and qualifications (see tender documents ) are met, they are included in the poe pool "training services general course area. from this poe pool, personnel development selects suitable courses for specific topics on a case-by-case basis for the entire term (up to four years) to carry out training courses in the form of individual assignments. the number of services to be commissioned is not binding and is subject to annual fluctuations.Upon inclusion in the pool, each provider receives a corresponding lot-related framework agreement t order volume for the provider. the training services are divided into six lots depending on the qualification requirement. suppliers can apply for one, several or all lots. the decision on admission to several lots is made by personnel development based on the providers proof of qualification. the contract period in the open house begins on the day of admission to the poe pool general course area (earliest in march 2023). the end of the contract for all contracts is 05/31/2026.These include - meeting and moderation; - communication and conversation; - conflict and negotiation; - rhetoric, appearance and presentation; - networking - social media; - working methods and time management; - train-the-trainer, didactics online, etc.- business - etiquette - self-leadership and resilience, - writing and texting in general - writing/publishing in a scientific context - methods of initial vocational training - doctoral supervisionintercultural topics of cooperation with the countries of the eu and worldwide: - public procurement law basics and refresher - expert workshop public procurement law - contract awards within grants - contract law for contract awards - eu legal bases for state grants / eu state aid law
