Contract notice: the fourth tender for the provision of forest management services in the nowa sól forest district in 2023.
The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in art. 6 sec. 1 point 1 of the act of september 28, 1991 on forests (consolidated text: journal of laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, obtaining wood to be carried out in the nowa sól forest district in 2023. planned date of commencement and performance of the contract: may 1, 2023 - december 31, 2023.The subject of the contract is wood harvesting services to be performed in the nowa sól forest district in 2023 in the mirocin, solniki and przylaski forest districts. the contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7) of the public procurement law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. the material scope of services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order.The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management, including works in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection to be performed in the nowa sól forest district in 2023 in the following forest districts: mirocin, solniki and przylaski. the contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in art. 214 sec. 1 point 7) of the public procurement law, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. the material scope of services constituting the subject of the orders referred to in the previous sentence shall not exceed 50% of the value of this order.
